Up the road from me but I drive to camden maccas. The several times I’ve been to spring farm maccas, the wait is always SO long (even if they have only 2 or 3 cars) and they never acknowledge your request when you ask for it to be made fresh. Since they’re not busy their burgers and fries are cold and hard.

The food was great and fresh. I come through most mornings and grab a coffee on the way to work, sometimes a late night snack on the way home. The team are always friendly and the service is quick. Other stores in the area could learn from the crew at Spring Farm. Coffee is always great – I’m very particular about my coffee and they always get it right. Have made plenty of compliments to their head office. I pass 3 other stores to come here, and I’ll keep coming back!

The worst McDonald’s around by far. Had a few bad experiences here but thought I’d be safe getting a couple of McFlurrys for my son and I. Ordered at the kiosk then stood around for 10min while the staff had a gabfest only to be then told they had no ice cream ♂️. I was then asked if I wanted a refund which is a pretty stupid question. Then waited for someone to come to the counter and was given a refund by someone who acted quite enjoyed to do it. The attitude of the staff in this place is a joke. Been bitten one to many times and won’t be returning.

Got all the way home to find my burger was not what I ordered. Even though the sticker clearly stated what I wanted. Drove all the way back to the restaurant told the rude manager at the counter she told me she will get the correct burger for me. I get back home to find it has chilli sauce put on not the BBQ I requested. So needless to say I did not have my burger at all. And was not going to go back a 3rd time, when clearly the staff can not read. I’m not lovin it.

Fresh design and clean. There are an ample number of powerpoints with USB ports – fantastic!! Staff are very attentive at the Maccas cafe and very friendly (I love the reusable cup policy). I did hear that people were waiting for their food while I was there, but I never had an issue.

Spring Farm Maccas must be the worst in Sydney. Frozen drinks rarely available. Ice cream machine same thing , or chocolate only. Just purchased 2 McFlurrys BOTH only half full. Took photos which will be going to head office with a complaint. This store really needs a clean sweep of manager and staff. Not answering their phone either.
