Night Shift Staffs last night sucks. There’s less customer at midnight. Bought a Double Cheeseburger meal and I just threw it in the bin as it is sooooo greasy. It’s like it has been soaked in oil. I think the Manager needs to double check the foods before serving to customers. IT IS RIDICULOUS!

Food wasn’t freshly cooked, the spicy chicken burger was cold, floppy and awfully spiced, just unpleasant to eat. The french fries again were cold and soft. And the place was in a real mess.

Getting my car serviced at Hyundai’s coffee machine seemed to have issues, so I thought I’d head across the road to Maccas. I ordered a coffee through their self-serve machine, and there was no ticket. I didn’t receive a ticket and was greeted by a somewhat agitated woman who just pointed at the screen; yes, it’s ordered and walked off. She wasn’t happy; maybe they were understaffed, but unfortunately, the customer won’t see that. Tip: Take a breather and understand you are not the only one facing this dilemma in the workplace. I was considering 1 star for service, but I know the frustration.

Went through drive through unfortunately they forgot some items although. When I came back I went inside to find they were severely understaffed 3 monitors full of dockets. Apologetic to everyone as you have to be in hospitality. Anyways I waited to ask them about my meal replacement, which I had rang up about prior to coming back, I waited maybe 10 minutes then went up and asked them, he said “yup no worries I got that right here for you, unfortunately it may be abit of a wait as we got a few orders come through”. “Not a problem take your time” I replied. They worked well as a team and got orders out together. Got my replacement in less than 5 minutes great job to you guys can’t please everyone that comes through.

I was waiting to be served and instead of serving customers the staff seemed more interested in playing around and laughing and that and one girl was going on about someone punched her and she was going to punch her back then after I drove to where I was staying went to have my meal and my drink was a fanta I’m a diabetic and I asked for a coke no sugar I rang the store and the manager said sorry and next time he will replace my drink and he was going to deal with the staff later not bloody good enough in my opinion

15 minute wait for just a coffee and soft serve ice cream. Despite being fairly quiet the delay was blamed on understaffing and could easily see other orders being prioritised over mine and then removed from their screens.
