The pizza tastes nice however the ‘Large’ was literally the size of my hand. I was thought what I ordered would be more than enough food however it seems the prices have gone up and the size has decreased massively. Not happy at all for what I paid and still being hungry after. $60 4 ‘large’ pizzas , 2 garlic breads and pepsi.

The pizza actually tastes okay but the “large” is medium size at best which is a huge disappointment when two cost $37. Also the spin wheel prizes on the website are a total scam, told me I won $100 voucher then wasted my time so F*%K Dominos. Try Bella Pizza, about a million times better and actually works out cheaper ❤️

Although I was told my order could take up to 2 hours for delivery as they were very busy I was pleasently surprised when it arrived in less than an hour . Although there was a problem with my order the lovely young man could not have been more helpful in rectifying the problem . His Name was Nick or Mick & I rang management to commend him on his manners & helpfulness so I hope his manager appreciates having this Young man working for him . The Pizza was made to perfection & so were the chicken wings so Thank you Domino’s Springfarm

I normally never post many reviews, but i have had enough with Domino’s at Spring Farm and I will not be ordering from them again. It’s now been on 3 occasions that I have attempted to order a vanilla shake, only to be told that they either ran out of ice cream or the machine isn’t working. I have heard that they say this to the customer so that they don’t have to clean the machine again, as they probably cleaned it earlier in the night so they just casually lie to avoid making you a shake.

I wish I could display photos on here. Our 3 pizzas were only half or quarter cut. We went to the park for dinner and had to rip the pizzas to eat them and the toppings were in the middle of the pizza leaving around 2cm to 3cm edges. Each time we order from here there’s always something wrong, last time they took 1:15 for home delivery cold mushy pizza.

I placed an order through Menulog tonight to deliver to Grasmere. It said it was supposed to be here from 6:30-6:50 but it got to 7:30 and I still hadn’t received the order despite the Menulog app telling me to enjoy the food as if I had already received it. Upon calling the store, they told me they don’t accept deliveries to Grasmere at all, despite the guy on the phone reading out multiple other addresses of Grasmere orders from tonight to check if they were my order. The manager on the phone told me they declined the order, yet on the menulog app earlier it told me the kitchen had accepted the order and that it was coming. The manager told me there was nothing they could do about it. I’m disappointed the store did not call me to tell me the order wasn’t coming at all, as I was completely unaware of this. I paid $55 and waited for an hour and now will have to go through Menulog to receive some kind of refund, yet still have no pizza.
