Staff member ethan was amazing tonight. I was greated by a big welcoming smile on his face, lovely manners, and fast ordering and I even got my food at a super fast, and there was no mistakes in the order. Truly awful. Ordered online. The pizza tracker is inaccurate. Spent 25 minutes waiting at the front of my building because it says it’s arriving now. So I called the store and was informed it was arriving now. Then the delivery driver “Gav” says he’s at my building. He was not. He was rude and argumentative but I literally could not see him anywhere so I have no idea where he delivered it. The duty manager was kind enough to offer a credit but that I will not be necessary as I won’t be a returning customer. I just want a refund. Dominos was way better when it was in the CBD.

Order 2 “large” pizzas. The $3 pepperoni and a supreme. I was expecting the pepperoni to be a little short with toppings because it is a deal and for $3 who would complain? Me. The supreme had hardly any toppings, and what was worse, hardly any cheese! It was almost a cheese less pizza! Mostly sauce
