Seriously, it’s not that hard. You have a list of items on a screen, you put those items in the bag. And when I ask you if the items are in the bag and you say yes…. You blatantly lie because they aren’t in the bag.

Really really disappointed! Twice now i’ve tried delivery from this restaurant using its app. And twice they’ve forgotten items from my order and all they will offer is a refund and not a redeliver. Won’t be using this store for any future app purchases unless it’s in person as can’t trust them to do their job!
