Months ago in a busy drive through, I was waiting at the unused window just before the one you get served food at. Based on the conversation, it sounded like a manager complaining loudly about another employee. Seemed quite unprofessional, but otherwise it was an uneventful trip and I believe the food was fine.

Went through drive-thru and ordered a jacks fried chicken hunger tamer, they forgot my burgers and I had to chase them up, then the burgers were cold and it was beef and not chicken they didn’t give me my nuggets despite assuring they were in the bag. Had to argue with drive thru staff that my order was missing several items and they wouldn’t listen. Terrible service, would avoid this Hungry Jack’s and if I could do 0 stars I would.

Main issue here is food quality. If you like your burgers cold. Absolutely go here. If you like them fresh and hot, don’t bother. Service depends a lot on when you go in. Sometimes it’s ok. Often it’s not. If and when they start making their food hot, I’ll revise my review.
