I was very appalled by the quality of service of this McDonald’s. I came through the drive through at 2:00am. I had a big order over $160 dollars. After they told us there was a system update and to wait in the parking lot for ten minutes. After that, It took a whole 17 minutes to take my order. After I had ordered my meal they asked me to wait at the waiting bay. I had waited for over 35 minutes for my food. The employees were slacking off, not in the kitchen until ten minutes after ordering. Finally 35 minutes after I had ordered and waited patiently. I can see my food just sitting there getting cold. I had got my food and told the manager what happened and she had apologised and I had left. I got home and all the food was freezing cold. Nuggets we’re atrocious, I was missing two fries, two Mcchicken meals, and all the sauces I ordered and toppings in my frappes that I paid for. I had over twenty angry guests wanting to eat. And all their food ended up being cold and stale. Disgusted by this service, never again from padstow McDonald’s.

There should be a 0 star. Do your female workers wear hair nets or that also another tragic downside to this generation! Found a hair in my burger and it put me right OFF! Management needs to be more strict with the health of customers. You’ve got too many young staff who want try too hard to “look good” when they’re meant to be giving us a proper service. This is disgusting! So appalled NEVER AGAIN!

Staff barely acknowledged me when I collected my order. Bit of a wait but it was peak hour breakfast. Inside was clean and plenty of seating. Food and coffee were both great, and location is good too as it’s one of the first food outlets as you come into Canberra. Also next to a servo, and there’s parking at the door.

Nice maccas, playground is small but the kids have fun. The service is great here, they double check everything with you and ask if you need anything, better than other maccas in the area.

Actually the young ppl ( especially the young lady front of house) on the late shift on Friday the 15th, were amazing, polite , friendly and helpful – they received a bus load of ppl moments after taking our orders and shine through with their courteous manner and follow through. Bravo

Just went through drive through and was served by Annie or Annabel. She was the perfect assistant to help me. I dont go to McDonalds much and the screen wasn’t working but she was happy to go through the menu with me. She didn’t rush me, she helped. She was polite and very sweet. Sometimes people just need that extra minute and a little assistance. She did everything perfect. Thankyou Annie

Shocking service. Where do I start, wrong order, waited 20 mins to get our food, seats are greasy, ordered a custard and raspberry pie wait another 20 mins and had to ask someone where the order and then to casually walk to the pie dispensary and it’s been there at least 15 mins. Absolute joke. I may as well order, cook the food serve myself and eat and I’ll get the food faster. Pfff!!!!

Came through drive through at 230am on the 5th September 2023. The food was great, I asked to wait for fresh chips and the Burger was fresh. Was pleasantly impressed. However, the girl manager took my order I paid at the first window. The first tp didn’t work then she tapped again. Told me it went through, went to collect food, told to go to waiting bay window. She came over said it hasn’t gone through on my card, I had to check the app, it didn’t work. So, she took my card it went off with it for a few minutes. Came back said it won’t work, do I have cash? I only had 5 bucks. She then said I will insert it instead and wanted me to tell her my bank card pin? I said no way, this is extremely sketchy behaviour. She told me to come into the store when I refused to give my pin to a Stranger who wouldnt give my card back. I never had the food on me either. she then told me to come back through drive thru to put my pin in myself through the window. Please don’t take customers cards away and ask them for their pin. It was probably harmless but extremely illegal and dodgy. If someone is abit intoxicated they probably would of given the information. So, not sure if it was dodgy or harmless but it’s not right.

Very good customer service here. I ordered a McCafe drink via the app, and after 10 minutes of waiting for it in store, the app completed my order. I asked for my order number at the counter and my drink hadn’t been made. The manager asked for my drink to be made immediately and gave me a cash refund for the mixup. I received my drink quickly. These things happen sometimes and it was handled very well. Thanks for the nice drink & refund!

Hot and fresh food. Fast and friendly service. We did drive thru, so can’t really comment on interior store atmosphere…..but the feelings given by the drive thru team tells me it would be great.
