Four out of four times now the food has been TERRIBLE. No quality control standards and they cut every corner to save money. Inside of restaurant is usually covered in empty food containers and the toilets remind me of my last trip to India because they don’t have enough staff. I am a store manager at Woolworths,I understand how important customer service is but I think this store in Altona north don’t think customer are important at all ,I often come and buy spicy grilled chicken burger in my lunch break ,I prefer my meal fresh and patty to be cooked fresh but from last three four times so disappointed to see it’s always an old patty ,most of time lettuce missing and even I say no ice in my cold chocolate I always get ice in it ,today 9/07/23 I requested my burger to be freshly made but team as usual didn’t care and gave me an old patty like a rock to be eaten and when I saw it I went back and asked to make it again after few minutes I got the new burger and this time was worst a burnt patty with no lettuce so disappointing if you guys don’t want to serve me please be nice and tell me I won’t come again but please stop ruining my lunches and money

Hardly ever feel like this kind of food. When I do It always reminds me of why I don’t get it. It’s not a hard menu nor is it hard to put 2 buns, chicken, mayonnaise and lettuce yet these people seem to not know how that system works. Pay $50+ for an abomination called food. Literally had to cut some lettuce at home and some mayo since there was none. I miss the days where people actually cared about their jobs or took some pride in doing it. I bet if they were feeding a member of their family they wouldn’t make such slosh.

Absolutely rubbish. Terrible customer service. Ridiculous wait times for a basically empty store. Head office needs to look in to this franchise. Recent reviews have been horrible. Not coming back here, next time just going to the macdonalds next door.

Great tasting burgers, could’ve been a bit hotter, but overall good. The ultimate whopper burger is the BOMB. Tables and seats were very clean, but dang they really need to clean those toilets.
