The old Goulburn Maccas. No idea if it’s the exact same building from my youth, before the bypass took the wind out of its sails, or something newer. It looks pretty run down – the anodising on the doors could very well be from that era. In any case, friendly staff, which was a nice change. Very helpful when we explained the order machine didn’t print a number (which seems pretty often with this setup). They actually seemed to be mildly interested in their job. The food was good: hot and not too floppy. If I ever stay in, or drive through Goulburn again, I’d pop in for food on the go.

The food here was ok but unfortunately when I went through and ordered via the app in the driveway I was given the wrong food. I am guessing the person in front got the wrong food too, as I had part of their grill order. Once I took it in to the store they fixed it and apologised, but it was a bit annoying. Mistakes happen I guess, just affected the experience and my fries were then a tad cold! They were apologetic at least.

The worst filthiest McDonald’s we have ever been in. From the build up of filth in the toilets which you can tell has been like that for a very long time, broken soap containers so no soap. The tables and floors were disgusting yet an excessive amount of staff. Very disorganised and excessive wait time for orders

The most disgusting bathroom I think I’ve ever been in for a restaurant. The toilets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. Don’t look at the photos while you’re eating for the love of Maude.

Received my food 15-20 minutes after I ordered (double burger and medium chips). The chips were stone cold and going stale. The burger was made as if a child had made it, the burger had black spots on it and the bread was also stale.

Atmosphere of a packed truck stop bathroom. Friday lunch rush had piles of trash in all corners of the room. Several ordering kiosks malfunctioning in interesting and unpredictable ways, so after the 3rd failed order in a row we approached the counter to order instead. Cashier could not figure out how to input my order and kept asking if i preferred what they were had mistakenly input instead. The process repeated for 8 minutes until i gave up and jumped to a working kiosk instead. Got my mediocre slop in a bag and pushed through the zombie hoard to survive the Mad Max hellscape that was the car park. Moderately unpleasant experience, consider skipping.
