The coffee has become so hit and miss recently. I’ve resorted to getting an extra shot during day time service just so I can taste the coffee and half the time it’s still weak. I get a latte and most of the time it’s over half a cup of foam. If it was just a one off ok. But it’s almost every single one lately .

I ordered an ice coffee on sat 17/6 and after having to ask the staff member to repeat their opening line, which sounded like a question, a few times because they spoke too fast and not clearly, I received a WARM ice coffee. It wasn’t just NOT cold, it was actually WARM. It did not cool until I hit Brisbane. I suggest to teach staff to speak clearly and at a conversational pace unless they LOVE to repeat themselves making the customer choose to either give up and say yes OR abandon the order entirely which I was close to doing except I really wanted an ice coffee.
