Service person (the one that takes your order) had an attitude problem. There is a sign on the speaker saying ice cream machine out of order. Is blowing in the wind over the speaker she can’t hear properly to take my order. Told her when got to the window rolled her eyes shrugged her shoulders (what ever) got to pick-up window wrong drinks . The drinks got changed. A bit more customer service training wouldn’t go a stray. Back to McDonald’s next time. Never again hj.

We had to wait long to order our $15.. order for 5 piece chicken…could not believr it. And there were 3 larger pieces and 2 mini pieces. Really unbelievable. You can buy a full chicken for that at Red Rooster. Will never go back.

Very bad service..The worst service I have ever seen..The workers laugh loudly with each other in front of the customers..the worker don’t call the order number..They put the order on the pick up bench and the customer should ask them is this my order..the customer waits for a long time in front of the cashier place before someone come to take the order from the customer, and this happens while it is very quiet..the workers just say jokes to each other and laugh loudly while the customer is waiting for someone to take the order..
