My god how hard is it to arrange staff to do their job. Sat in drive thru at the window waiting to pay for 20min and only 1 customer in the shop. I don’t know how they are going to cope at the twin service station on the M1 if they can’t turn out food or customer service in a small shop.

We have had to wait in the parking bay for a single coffee multiple times even when there are no cars waiting behind us in the drive through. I used to enjoy their coffee however, rarely these days do they get the order right and generally the coffee is not up to standard
