I have just gotten home to find I have been overcharged and got an order I didn’t ask for. How you can get a crispy chicken deluxe meal mixed up with a Big Mac is beyond me . I’m lactose intolerant so can’t even eat cheese and this is now my dinner (gross! can’t even eat it so it’s in the bin along with the cold chips ) . And yes my order was correct on the screen everything else was correct except the burger!

Been living in Yanchep 4 years now and we haven’t had a single order where we have received all items with everything they’re supposed to have in them. I get it’s fast food and sometimes they’ll make mistakes but it’s honestly kinda of impressive how consistently inconsistent this store is. Reflects incredibly poorly on management as this is probably the worst run Maccas I’ve been to and this comes from someone who worked at a maccas for 5 years including as a manager.

The amount of times my order has been messed up is ridiculous.tonight I ordered a classic Angus with a extra mcspicy patty added to it I got home and it was only a mcspicy burger by its self I paid $14 for it, I took it back and the person at the window refused to refund me or even correct the order this will be the last time I go there

this mcdonald’s is the worst place i have ever been to. the staff are so slow. and it’s not a problem of short staff there was lots of them here. the food took a overly long amount of time to come. and it wasn’t busy. staff were on there phone a lot of the time and were slow. most of the food was actualy so bad. soft drinks had no fizz or ICE and were filled half way up. and they made me the wrong coffee. the chips were old and cold. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE . save your money and don’t come . worst mcdonald’s going around.

Possibly the worst store in Western Australia. Meals need to be checked before leaving every time as often things are missing, burgers have very little toppings and chips are warm and under filled. Only good if you are starving and there is no food available anywhere and after reading the other reviews i am surprised people eat here.

Service quick but now I know why. Seemed like food had already been cooked and made. Tried their new cheesy Angus burger. Dry meat, chewy tasteless cheese patty, bacon dry and overcooked. All ingredients sloppily slapped between a bun. Not at all enjoyable.
