Hot chocolate was lovely. The staff (therefore management)……they all looked like they were at a funeral. Not one smile with any of the 2 interactions. In fact not 1 of the staff smiled AT ALL. I was ignored…not even a Hi be with you in a moment! Borderline rudeness.

This is appalling! I had ordered 2 lots of pancakes obviously for 2 people and only received 2 x whipped butter and 1 tub of syrup!!! My order was 2x pancakes and syrup! As I am isolating, I expected the same service as I would have when I actually dine in! This isn’t the first time whilst I’ve been in isolation has the store messed up my order. Not only that, I have not even received my receipt to actually call the store directly with my order number.

As a visitor to your State….. absolutely appalling service. I stopped in this afternoon for a frozen coke. It took 12 minutes for me to get it. Three people who ordered whole meals AFTER me re received their order before me. The girl on the counter then announced that she was taking the rubbish out. I waited til she returned and politely said I’d been waiting a long time for my drink. All of 15 she stared me in the eye, told me they were “busy” and that she was going to wash her hands and then she’d be back. Whoever manages and owns this outlet should be mortified.

Well went to mc d- for coffee. After I finished I went back for a refill. I always get refill no matter where I went in USA even Guam and Palua and it was free. But when I asked here in Australia they said no free refill. I was surprised. The thing is the coffee was bitter had to put 5 sugars just to drink. Well I’ll stick to the cafe grind from now on.

Details of my own experience. I personally work at a McDonald’s myself I know how it is. But, front counter staff are way to slow they take so long not considering the customers whether they got some place to be be they don’t consider that. They move so slow at their own paste talk about poor lacking customer service. Move quicker and improve your customer service that sh*t lacking !
