Worst McDonald’s in SA. Unhygienic, dirty and the worst quality food and service. Hardly anybody there, we waited over 30 minutes for our food, 1 20c sized peice of lettuce in chicken wrap and no sauce and the fries were cold and disgusting so I returned them politely asking for fresh fries, we waited 20 minutes longer and no fries came! We left without our 4 medium fries disgusted. You’re better off driving to the city for McDonald’s than wasting your time and money here.

Ordered two frappes and the server got confused between our order and the order in front, and gave us the wrong frappe, we then went back and asked to get it replaced with the right flavour, they then wanted to charge us for it. the on duty manager then demanded the wrong frappe back , which I was more than happy to give them, to then aggressively throw it in the bin in front of us, and then very ungraciously replaced our frappe. Terrible customer service when I just wanted the correct item.

Ordered a chicken burger with lettuce and tomato. Chicken was overcooked and dry and there was no tomato. Tasted like leather. Threw half away. It was rubbish. Not a fan.
