Asked for the advertised promotion (large sign outside) and was told promo ended yesterday. When asked why the sign was still up was told they hadn’t been advised to take it down. I then asked for a BBQ cheeseburger and was informed they have no beef patties. We walked out without buying anything horrified.

This early morning my app malfunctioned and charged me for an order that did not process. (No one’s fault but the apps) I went and spoke to someone in the store and they were very friendly and did all that they could to help me. Unfortunately due to the lack of processing there’s nothing she could do to help it. Luckily the money bounced back into my account shortly after as I was advised would happen. Ordered two Biscoff Storm’s and received no Biscoff sauce. Rang the store and the person I spoke to confirmed that they had run out of the Biscoff sauce and were instructed not to say anything to customers and just to serve the Storm without. We were still charged the full amount despite not having any sauce which was extremely disappointing. If I had known, I would have ordered caramel sauce with it instead just so it wasn’t so plain.

The food always seems to be good, and they’re not bad at getting the orders right. However, after walking into the place instead of using the drive-through, I was disgusted at the state of the place, to the point that I called the health inspector. The inspector agreed that the building was not up to par. I went back recently to see if it was any better, but it’s not. It’s time for a new manager.

I mean, it’s hungry Jack’s. This one is new and has schwanky toilets. That’s where the positives end though. Big playground is filthy with rotten food all through it, every table has leftover food on them, windows haven’t been cleaned since it opened, floor is a mess. Staff seem friendly enough at least. The only thing saving this place is that you know your going to a Hungry Jack’s, so the bar is already so low you’re not going to be too disappointed.
