Was talked to very rudely by one of the staff after the who was making the coffee made me the wrong coffee I asked for. Not only that is this is the 19th time they have stuffed up my order and I spent more hoping to get the meal I paid for only to get something cheaper then I paid for. I’m not happy and I will be putting in a formal complaint about this place ! I have never been rude to any staff member there and yet you guys go on about no abuse towards staff members will be tolerated well what about the customers ? Also because I’m a regular customer you have just lost me I will go somewhere else !

I was given food that I didn’t order. I told the order number, but the lady got impatient and said, ‘I WANT WAHT YOU ORDERED, NOT THE CODE!.’ Then she said something I couldn’t understand. I begged her to say it again. She turned her head impatiently and without answering my question directly said “have a nice day” and turned her face away from me. This is the first time I’ve left a review but not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this restaurant, such as missing items & dirty table.

Since moving to the area, every single time I have ordered there have been so many missing items & instructions not followed, chips are always tasteless and cold. For the fact that we now have to spend more than we used to for something that used to be a cheap dinner it is not worth the money at all anymore from this store.

Used to enjoy going here for breakfast but no longer. The food has gone drastically downhill, no care taken when making it. What you get is a bow full of jumbled ingredients you have to reassemble yourself. If you ordered a latte from the mc Cafe you used to get a proper cup, now everything comes in take away cups regardless of whether you eat in or take away. Staff have become unhelpful and surly. Not a pleasant experience any more. Sad.

If you are a delivery driver should have patience in abondence with Macca’s mostly. Its not about wait time only, the way most of them service you is pathetic. Customer service is probably not in the list or hiding under dirt or bees are sitting on it.. Though I appretiate they have lots of customers to serve at a given time However, service standard and cleanliness is the basics, isn’t?

I was in there for about 10 minutes waiting to order there was only 1 person in front of me and they were waiting in a non existent line when I walked in. The people behind the counter were just simply talking and when they spoke to other team members there were rude and angry. I felt very uncomfortable!
