Pretty sure all the fast food “restaurants” in this area hire from the Zoo because that is gotta be the reason why after 5 + years I’ve never gotten a decent meal in this hole of a suburb.. the owner n manager should feel ashamed and embarrassed they have let the quality fall as low as it has. And the ceo of hungry jacks really should be embarrassed these are the people representing the company. On top of everything else the workers need to learn what respect is, if you can’t put a customer’s order together with even a inch of respect you shouldn’t be working in hospitality

Delicious food. Very friendly professional staff. Good order times from ordering to handing over. Correct food items given each time. Will definitely recommend hungry jacks burgers elizabeth. Restaurant was well presented. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Tables were clean. No rubbish left around. Music was a great volume. Not too loud. But loud enough to hear it.

I went to get some dessert with my family and my mum left her bag that had her phone, ID, and money in it on one of the seats in the corner and we didn’t notice that she had left it there until we received a call from my mum’s phone. The employees working there tonight called my dad and told them that they found the bag on one of their seats and reassured us that they would keep it safe until we got there to collect it. We drove back as soon as they called us and they kept to their word and I am very thankful for that. The employees working tonight were honest and provided amazing customer service as they went out of their way to try to contact the owner of the phone. Absolutely grateful for those employees.

Food was okay, a bit cold. After I got my food it was missing sweet and sour sauce. Stood at the counter for several minutes getting ignored by everyone who were actively avoiding me. Like why would I just stand there after getting my food? Also the tables were dirty. Pretty ordinary.

This place is a joke! Im all for giving young people a go but seriously not 1 senior person over the age of 21 working tonight. Too much socialising and not enough working. The young girl with pink hair that served me didn’t even have the decency to look me in the face whilst taking my order- she was too interested in what was going on behind her.
