So credit to the young girl trying to run the show but they had 3 staff when they probably should have had at least 6. Considering it’s school holidays, a Saturday night and Paul bauwman cup there is 100s of people in Airlie and they just couldn’t handle the amount of orders. Waited over 30 minutes for our order. Also doing orders out of order. The orders went from 181,172,176,188, 174, 189 then ours 180 ♀️ surely that’s not usual ? Need to pick up their game especially on holiday time. Nuggets were fresh and tasty at least

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. First the woman told us that they are not doing any birthday special although it says in the my maccas app. Then we got our hamburger and it was just a patty inside Lucky we opened it directly at the counter because they were so unfriendly.

Extremely disappointing to see 3 managers in uniform sitting outside enjoying a coffee and a meeting while one girl works her tail off doing fryers, drinks, cashiering, McCafé all by herself during the breakfast rush. Support your workers.

I waited 10 ministers for large fries and when I got it it was reheated or something cause fries were hot but very stale and salt less so I threw them out. Staff was very nice and said sorry for wait but it was not nice food.

I’m always coming into Maccas after a night out ,, get there usually around 1-2, there’s two employees that are always super friendly despite the time and the rush of everyone wanting food there, one guy is always at the register he looks super tired but he’s always smiling ,, and one who I just bumped into named Ashley she’s always being super nice and calls me mate it’s much appreciated
