I had the pleasure of having Michael, the bike king, deliver my pizza, and it was truly a unique experience. Michael’s delivery was prompt, and his bike skills were impressive. He arrived with a big smile and a friendly demeanor, making the delivery feel more like a special occasion than just another meal. The pizza was still hot, thanks to his speedy delivery. Michael’s dedication to his job and his passion for biking really shine through in his service. Overall, a fantastic delivery experience that left me both satisfied with my meal and impressed by Michael’s biking prowess.

Tried calling from 7pm to 7:30pm incase you were very busy. to find out you were not available to take any orders online or pick up/delivery and with no advertising and or message to say that you were unable. I have never encountered this with any other Dominos store I have ordered from.

Don’t even bother trying. I’ve tried to order food half a dozen times on different nights. They have no interest in taking anyone’s order. Even if they’re still open for hours to come. Will hang up any attempt to call them. All the bad reviews are making sense now

Me and my partner are both devastated with the service we encountered at dominos airlie beach tonight. Have seriously never been met with worse service! We made an order at 7:00 pm, for 45 dollars including a tip. About 50 min later still nothing, so I call and they tell us they can’t deliver it because I have a swedish phone number and there is no way to contact me (even though i put hotel name, room number and my email). They tell me we can meet up in our reception which we agree on and i ask ”how long will it be then, 5-10 min?” And the woman on the phone says that it will be out in about 20-25 min. So i put an alarm for 15 min and leave the room when the alarm rings. 20 min more pass and still nothing. We call and ask and she says there was no one there so they took the pizza back and cancelled the order. This is when she started being rude and blamed it on us. We were really confused by this as we had followed her instructions. But we really wanted to have our food so we tried to be polite and problem solving. I asked if i can make the order again and in that case wait in the reception the whole time if that makes it easier for them. She says yes you can try and hangs up on us. We make the new order for 50 dollar with a tip at 8:45 pm and 30 min later (9:15 pm) still nothing. We call and they say they’re closed early because of easter holidays. She was extremly rude. Why not tell us we can’t make the new order if they close early? I don’t argue about this, but simply ask what will happen with my money. She’s so extremly rude and yelling at us we’re lucky that she will refund us for the first order because it was our fault and they lose money because of this. We’re really sad about this experience and wasted 2-3 hours, and also our last night in airlie before leaving. I also don’t know what will happen with all of this money, hoping to get a refund on both of our orders that were cancelled.
