I went here today to get dinner on my way home. I have to say the place was filthy from the floor in the dining area to the toilets as well, it was just disgraceful. I went to the casheir to pick up my order and notified her of the state of the toilets and suggested to have someone clean them I said this nicely and she rolled her eyes at me. No smile when she was handing me my order either.

The Wilsonton store is absolutely disgusting. There is food and rubbish over every inch of the floor and every table is dirty!! There is food and rubbish all over the counter tops where we get served our food!!! There is rock hard icecream stuck to the table it’s been sitting that long.

Recently moved to the area have given them 2 months of once a week take out. Chips are always under done. Burgers are often only just warm. Service is generally polite but very slow. Will be driving to another store to get orders from now on.

Not happy, ordered breakfast 4 my daughter and myself ,sat down 2 eat In and waited for 20mins and it still hadn’t arrived ,went up and complained and was told” it happens” from the assistant manager , asked 2 c the manager who then said she was sorry, the order had been sitting on counter as the had lost the order 4 the chia teas we had ordered, everything was cold so asked 4 them 2 be replaced and replacement was not hot either. Very doubtful as 2 weather we will go back if that is what service we r going 2 receive

Place is very dirty. Can see it has not been cleaned in hours. Trays left on tables, food and dirt on the floor. Very few clean tables to sit at. Only 3 customers in the restaurant so no excuse not to clean!

Terrible McDonalds the woman didn’t even say hello, was talking to another person in the store while she was piling our food out the window! We said have a good day to which she didn’t say anything. Opened our food and it was the wrong order.
