Stopped by today with two children was greeted by a lovely lady with a lovely smile. Was then seated and served promptly a yummy chocolate and strawberry milkshake 10/10 according to the children and two delicious donuts reviewed by all of us 10/10 can’t wait to go back!

I enjoyed a great cup of coffee in relatively quiet and pleasant surroundings. The staff were A1. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle taking place further into the shopping complex. It is obviously a great meeting place for retired folk.

Disgusting service at this Cafe today , asked for a table for myself and a client in a wheelchair and the person working there rolled her eyes , I said ” We can sit wherever is the easiest for you “, the place was almost empty, she replied “Well nothing is easy for me” and started to loudly move chairs ..we left and went to a Hotspot Cafe where we felt welcome!

Coffee was okay as the cake. But the lady at the till was so unfriendly and I saw her talking to both other staff behind the counter. Will not go to this Cafe again. Needs to be taught customer service manners.

Coffee was great. Food, alas, was very ordinary. Ordered a ham and cheese focaccia. The cheese was non-existent and the thin sliver of ham tasteless. The remainder was a drench of pesto, olives and mustard seed. Couldn’t eat it all. Very disappointed. My wife was not happy with her ham/salad wrap either. Shall not return.

Afternoon tea good but customer service very poor. To walk past a customer at the counter and ignore them until they are ready to serve you is very poor customer service, an acknowledgment doesn’t cost a cent !!
