Rang to order some pizza for dinner and spoke with Connor. His customer service was awesome. There was a few issues with the technology side but we didn’t even mind because Connor handled it like a champ and was awesome to talk to. Haven’t got the pizza yet but I hope its as good as the service!

Have been fine in the past but this time was a disappointment. Phoned the 13188 number and entered the postcode. This offered 6 choices of store – only the last one was in the 4285 postcode. When I arrived, my name was on the screen as ready. 2 different staff asked if I was Allan, to which I said “no” and gave my name. They walked off without looking for my (apparently ready) pizza. Allan came and collected his pizzas, leaving none in the hot box. Eventually the team leader asked me about my pizza. He went looking and eventually came back without any answer as to what had happened. They made a replacement, but hardly spoke to me during this time. Half an hour after arrival, I got my pizza. They supplied to me for free, but when I got home I found it did not have the base I had ordered. Any business can make a mistake, but the key thing is to keep the customer informed. Hopefully next time will be more in line with my past experience.

Ordered a Delivery online was accepted just atfter 9:30pm then would not deliver even though they’re open to 10 pm this is absolute BS there open to 10pm they should be taking orders till 10pm service is bad they don’t answer the phone second time this has happened the first time I payed upfront for pickup went there and they were shut all lights out and didn’t get my money back they offered me credit the next day
