Good store and location. Friendly staff. I do seem to get sent to the parking bay to wait every time I go through drive though. Usually spend 5-10 minutes in the waiting bay.

Miserable attempt to make Bischoff thick shake n chicken spice burger – soft sogy chicken no lettuce and 4 crumbs of Bischoff in a running vanilla slurry. Poor effort … Pay as much as you do to go to a pub for a burger. Multi million dollar company and scrimp on any toppings or substance in their burgers. Pitiful.

I have always loved hungry jacks burgers above all others. The 3 times I have recently visited hungry jacks in Beaudesert I have found the burger buns to be dry and in my opinion stale. The patties in the whopper were also dry and tasteless and covered in so much sauce they were disgusting I threw them out. The one meal I did eat I ended up vomiting. I no longer go to hungry jacks which is a shame but over the years the price goes up the size of burger goes down and the quality of yesteryear has vanished. I travel 90 kms to get takeaway food and end up very disappointed.

Not a busy night had a basic order that we ordered in drive through had to go back twice just to get it somewhat right only to get home and find out it was still wrong and still paid for what I originally ordered yet got random burgers thrown in that were cheaper than what we ordered and when I asked for it to be fixed the staff were attempting to tell me I was wrong it’s not hard to read an order and make what is asked and you still managed to get it wrong not once not twice but 3 times …. Ridiculous

Staff members lack maturity. I’ve been here twice, and both times they giggle in front of the speaker and act so rudely. Absolutely terrible; staff members need to have customer service training.
