We have been served twice now by Rhiannon at drive thru and she is an absolute delight. Beautifully spoken and polite. Not pushy with how she asks if theres anything else we want. Repeats orders clearly and tries to help with grouping orders. If I was management I would be using her in a training capacity for other staff. If I had a role for her in my industry I would hire her immediately

i come though most mornings and grab a coffee and get served by Max and the first window she has wonderful customer service and always happy, but on the 15th of August when i came through i seen Max was being yelled at by Allison (a Manger). Alison’s customer service was POOR and she does not deserve her job and i personally think max deserves a huge apology

Was very busy when i was there..i ordered in store ..had a bit of a wait but could see the staff were flat out..one girl in particular ( max i think her name is) was exceptionally friendly and apologetic..also young boy Riley who i noticed on front counter being cheerful and professional even when customers getting irrate because of the long wait!! I feel for these young workers..noone needs to be abused while at work!! Well done to all the workers there

Another one we had high hopes for being better than our local; but it just turned out to be another disappointing one. What is it with the dives going backwards out here? Always playing games by cost cutting, not giving a poo about staff safety at night, hiring juniors with no clue. Its like people don’t care about the locals out here. It is rather upsetting when you come off a 12 hr overnight shift, wait almost an hour for food, then have to check the bag to see if anythings missing, deal with arrogant jerks at the window, when they’re in the wrong, for burning/ over cooking or stuffing up your order? Its not that hard!

Compared to my 1st visit here, the service was 100% improved. Store manager was extremely helpful with my order (I’d been given an in store credit due to a situation at my 1st visit over 12 months ago, I showed him the email and he confirmed the credit was still valid). It’s never really great here, the staff are usually pretty friendly but the place is always so dirty. (ordered through drive through first) tried calling the store first to let them know that they had missed some of our order, no answer after about 5 tries so went back down there. When I walked inside, the place was an absolute mess and smelt foul. The bin right near the entrance was left open and rubbish all over the floor. The manager was complaining about who ever was trying to ring, which wasn’t great, because it was me still trying to call while I was in store. I told them it was me once I got to the counter and the manager told someone else to help me. They were pretty busy to be fair. The staff member that helped me was very nice and sorted out the missing food right away. This visit will honestly make me think twice before going there again, I’d probably drive the 30 min round trip to another McDonald’s instead of going to this one which is right across the road from the estate where we live.

My sister & I had some time to fill in so we decided to get a drink at Maccas about 1.30pm. The place was empty so it really shouldn’t have taken as long as it did to make 2 drinks, small fries and a piece of banana bread. They brought the drinks out but made a hot latte instead of an iced latte, forgot my banana bread and the fries were cold. The youngster who served us apologised for the wait and remade my latte, as well as bringing my banana bread, which was warm and delicious. I would not be in rush to go back there again any time soon.

Absolutely worst customer service in Australia. Sat waiting for 4 meals for over 30 minutes and in that time all I saw was other unhappy customers with constant issues with food. Why let the place be run by 14yo kids that can’t make their own life decisions let alone make a burger. Pathetic

Terrible McDonald’s I wish that I tried my food before I left it was absolutely rubbish not only can they not assemble a burger they can’t even put sauce on it. The nuggets were stale and cold, I really wish i could get my $56 dollars because 3/4 of it went into the bin as I struggled to swallow it biggest waste of money and time I can’t believe they are allowed to serve that rubbish.
