I have never written a review before but honestly felt I had to for this. The store is only about 10 minutes away from my house and it and took 2 hrs from when I ordered it to arrive. We called up after an hour since there was no update and they just said they’re really busy today, not even a sorry and said he’ll get to it in another 20 minutes…it arrived 40 minutes later. The driver also smelt like bad BO which leads me to believe the other reviews that the workers are also unhygienic. The sauce was wrong and was meant to be “loaded” pizzas with barely any topping. I read the reviews after and I seriously wonder how this place it still open with such bad reviews. Then Dominoes sends the generic “we’re sorry this happened” message without actually trying to fix their issues. Never ordering from this store again and hope people will see these reviews first.

I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 sides. I completed a pre-order online for a 7:45pm pick up. I arrived at the shop at 7:50 to find they had not even started making my order and I was now behind 11 customers before my own order. Frustrated I stood and waited and watched them send out one order after another for a good half an hour. It been 8:20 I again asked when my pizza would be ready to which one of the staff said just look at the screen it’s not in the oven yet we are busy. I questioned what the point of my pre order was if I was still stuck waiting well past the pick up time. She said we are busy sorry I didn’t even know you pre ordered. She then checked the computer and found that I did and said “ooops” and smirked. My pizza was finally ready at 8:45pm 1 hour after the pre ordered pick up time. I was told they had no garlic bread and no Mountain Dew both items I had placed on my order and paid for. They offered me other drinks to which I took a Pepsi max and they said to take an extra one instead of the garlic bread. So now with my 2 drinks and 3 pizzas and well over an hour later I was on my way home. An extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I will never be back to this store. The pizza that we ordered had very little topping and even though one of them a supreme had extra pineapple there was barely any on the pizza. This has to be the worst dominos store in Sydney. Stay away and order somewhere else.

My visit to Dominos Pizza Hoxton Park was marked by slow service and hygiene concerns. While the staff’s friendliness and the taste of the pizza were positive aspects, they weren’t enough to overcome the overall disappointments. I hope that Dominos Pizza Hoxton Park can address these issues to provide a more enjoyable and hygienic dining experience in the future.

Look never get food from this domino’s they are absolutely the worst half of the time the pizzas I get are cold and last time I walked in the employees where throughout ingredients at each other. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and even though they close at 1am on some days they won’t take any calls from 12:30 onwards. The worst domino’s in history by far.

Order arrived over an hour after it was placed and it was cold. Delivery driver was extremely rude. I called the store and was told I’d be given a credit on my next order. Called today and… Surprise!! Nobody has written down my details. Absolutely disgusting service, wouldn’t order from this store if it was the last place on earth. This store would have to be the worst, and it reflects on Domino’s itself.

I always get simples orders 3-4 items and somehow there’s always an item always missing. Second time it’s happened in a short period of time. Either the drink or the garlic bread. Please make sure the items people pay for leave the store. Love the dominos franchise but this specific store needs to speak to staff about this issue.
