Pleasant space and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The owner Celia is very friendly and helpful. The food was super yummy. I had the corn fritters – one of the best I have had. Full of flavor and very crispy! My kids loved the bacon and egg rolls and the sweet pastries super yummy!

Mr Frankie is a breakfast and lunch cafe offering a variety of unique meals and drinks. We tried their crispy chicken burger and berry compote crumpets when we visited, both of which were delicious! The chicken burger was amazing!!! So tasty. The chicken was not dry at all. The bun was perfectly sweetened and the sauce and everything inside went really well together. Service was great and we had the choice to order via a QR code and pay seperately in a group.

Had heard positive things so thought I’d give it a go. Walked in behind a couple who the waitress seated. Stood there for 5 minutes as nobody acknowledged me, finally asked the waitress if I should just take a seat. She was apologetic and said she thought i was waiting for something. Fair enough, it happens. Took a seat outside and another waitress came out, gave me a menu and some water and then walked off without so much as uttering one word to me. 15-20 minutes later I’m still sitting outside and nobody comes to take my order. Am I meant to order inside? The menu doesn’t say to and the waitresses didn’t speak to me so I guess I’ll never know. I got up and left to go next door to flourish and enjoyed a BLT!
