DOMINOS! ME AND MY GRANDKIDS LOVE A GOOD DINNER MUNCH FROM HERE! ALWAYS A LOVELY TIME FROM DOMINOS! LOVE TO WATCH THE TV AND EAT MY PIZZAS AND GARLIC BREADS. It took over 2 hours and multiple phone calls to get our dessert. Then when it arrived the delivery driver dropped two boxes of brownies on the ground and just stood there looking at them.. This is how the rest arrived, the food was burnt and the ice cream was soup. No refund, no apology. Disgusting service and attitude.

Called up saying that they couldn’t deliver my pizzas as their driver had “no petrol”. Personally I have worked in a pizza shop before, and the complete lack of apology or reasoning for not just being able to refill (we would use store money for staff petrol if there was no other option) was despicable. I was looking more forward to my Mountain Dew than anything else anyway. I know how hard it is to work in customer service but my god it was hard to not go full Karen on these people.
