I ordered a burger and asked for it fresh. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait which ended up only being around 7 minutes. I parked and had a few bites and there was raw meat in my burger. I went back to get a new one and then some sort of manager or something was holding the same burger back to me saying that’s “how i asked for it”. I said no I asked for it fresh and she kept yelling and arguing until she agreed to get me another one. She was very hostile and rude and tried to blame me for getting a raw burger? I asked for it fresh as in hot, not fresh as in raw meat.

The older lady has served me many times and is always rude and never reads the order back to you when your about to pay, so they often mess up the order and then the lady got super mad at us and started yelling when we wanted to change our order as they got it wrong. We were prepared to pay the extra but after that terrible services we just wanted our money back. Which took 20minutes. Would rate the service -5 if I could.

Rating my food a 2 because I’m pregnant and can’t risk eating coldish food. Fortunately my husband had a hot meal so that was a bonus. We were too busy to turn around and ask for a remade meal. However, best HJ’s we’ve had since being here and we don’t like HJ’S often.

Really disappointed. Our local HJ’s. Drink was 3/4 full, chips cold and somehow all clumped together. Burger patty was completely the wrong size for the whopper bun. Provided them with polite feedback and they just replied with a “thanks for letting us know” fob off. Not sure how this place rates 3.1, 20 of the last 26 reviewers have given 1 star. Must have gone downhill in a major way recently.

Cold as ice burgers whoopers and cheseburger. Large chunks of onion to choke on. Avoid at all cost unless you want and plan to waste money. Rushed through order and attitude problems spend less time talking and joking and cook a hot fresh burger. Not hard.

Honestly the worst hungry jacks in the area. Burgers are always cold, always made terribly and the service is always terrible. Coming from someone who used to work for HJ’s as a teenager I know the standards the burger etc should meet and this ain’t it. Also breakfast wraps from here look like a blind, 1 legged dog made it. They also make 90% of cars park for no damn reason.
