When we went for dinner (my whole family) we ordered 2 veg burger and 2 non veg burger the non veg burger were okay buy there was a hair- but that’s not the worst part its when we ordered plant based burger the lady gave us soy and we look and didn’t even take a bit! And saw its soy so we go in and ask her to give us plant based but she just kept arguing with us and so 12 dollars went to waste. So we ordered another one and then finally got it. But terrible customer service do not recommend.

Look at the photos i have attached. Was very hard to bite and then i checked out inside and the meet was totally burnt and black color, made a feedback and never get any response even keep it for several days in case they want to see it but nothing heard even an apology.

Teach your workers some common sense and to not muck around behind the registers, shouting customers orders and judging it. It is so rude and embarrassing, I will never come back to this joint again. Teach them to acknowledge customers first

I ordered a small junior whopper with cheese meal. I asked for it to be made fresh. When I was waiting for the order I again told the girl at the drive thru I asked for fresh she said it is. Came home and it was not fresh and the burger was actually cold. Tried calling to let them know and of course no answer. This is not the first time. Their food is always cold. I will never be going back there.

I ordered double whopper cheese large meal and told them make it fresh I don’t mind waiting. I got my order went home just to find a double whopper dry Patty and only half of the chips box. I’m not gonna go back to your store to argue and cause a scene, I worked at hungry jacks for awhile few years ago so I know how it goes but this is beyond disbelief “The burgers are better at Hungry Jacks” is false advertisement.

We ordered today two grilled chicken burgers and two bacon delux burgers in a meal. Surprisingly the grilled chicken was not even one quarter of normal burger size. The chips were not even hot. When you charge full amount for the meal, we deserve atleast proper size meal. Will not come back here again.
