In a very quiet time of day, being 9:00pm, I was expecting better quality food. Burger was cold, and coke was warm. Pickles were chucked inside the buns carelessly (see photos). Having seen that I was pleased to find the patty was not burnt.

Went through drive thru this afternoon. Service was super fast. The crew member at the ordering window was lovely and so was the crew member handing over my order. My order was to perfection! Terrible service. Asked for 4 hit fudge sundae with caramel as well. 4 delivered with no hot fudge, then she just dumped a little hot fudge on top of already melting sundaes. 2 of the 4 had caramel all over the outside of the cup. We will never be back to this store. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Refused to accept cash at drive thru, claiming the manager has requested they don’t accept cash. No sign or notification in the drive thru to this effect. Left without food as they refused to take cash. Went to waurn ponds store. They still do.

Nice location right beside the shopping centre. The store was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and the environment seemed like a nice one to work in, use the app for deals and discounts!!

I know covid is impacting businesses but cleaning rituals are important. The Belmont Geelong stores cleanliness today Ieft a lot to be desired. The floors look liked they hadn’t been swept all day and the tables were disgusting. Food scraps and both old Dried sticky and also new drink stains were an over them. Was hard to find a table clean enough to sit at. Ajay the apple pies and onion rings had been well overcooked to within an inch of their life. This store isn’t usually this bad but today was obviously not a good day. 2.30 on on a Sunday afternoon.
