I’m not sure where to begin….this franchise is an absolute disgrace! The bins are overflowing and beyond, the tables are dirty with leftover food, napkins and drink containers. The staff are very friendly and apologetic for the wait. They are clearly very stressed. I feel for them. Clearly there is a massive issue here. If this was my franchise I’d be very concerned. On a positive note the food is always consistent. Well done to the staff also.

Over 20 minute wait for an in store order! How is this acceptable for a “fast food” place? Credit to the minimal staff that were working today (Sunday 11am 13.08.23) they did the best they could. Franchisee/owner seems to be saving on wages at the detriment of service and and staff morale. Poor form

Yes this is a new store but, it was spotless inside during my visit in the morning. Floors, tables and toilets were the cleanest I’ve seen at a McDonald’s restaurant in probably 10 years. Not a company store so you can see the standards are higher. Breakfast was hot, had to wait for a little bit but that’s ok if everything is hot.

Lovely atmosphere, but very slow service….. wasn’t busy, but we waited for over 10 minutes for a coffee & blueberry muffin. Got our coffee and then had to wait on the muffins for another 5 minutes.

It was 26 april, 2023 around 12:45pm, i went there to pick my online delivery. While i was picking my delivery up, there was a senior woman staff working who doesn’t even know how to talk to people. She was forcing me to do my job which she doesn’t even know how it works. Its better you mind your own business and let others do their too. She was really rude and told me not to come back again. Seriously! Thank you for the best customer service i ever had in my entire life…
