The food was out quickly and ok, but 2 coffees took well over 20 minutes, were extremely weak and tepid. They were horrible. I did not drink mine. It was not busy at all. To be honest, I thought they forgot our coffee but the 3 people in front of me slowly received their coffee. It was supposed to be a quick stop but it certainly wasn’t. I won’t go back.

Don’t ever order over $150 Worth of maccas from BEGA NSW 2550 if you do make sure you double check it they messed up the whole order we had to go back 5 times just to get it right they dropped the whloe order and pick it up then gave it to us they put two patty on the mc feast and no lettus they forgot 2 burgers,gave us a small strawberry milkshake when we ask for a large,forgot the 4 fries,coffee was cold, didn’t put the lid of the chocolate frappe properly and it spilled all down my sisters jumper, we are locals and they have messed up a few times but this was ridiculous never going back again.

The food is alright if the order is ever correct. The staff either do not receive proper training or are unable to retain simple concepts of customer service and order accuracy. If 0 stars could be awarded for Service, this particular McDonald’s would receive it very quickly

Inattentive. I was waiting 5 minutes at the drive through while I watched the girl mess around pouring milk into a jug. Then she stood there looking around still not acknowledging me. Then finally she looked and saw my food sitting there the whole time . She then said to me , “oh did you order a Fry’s and fish fillet”?. Before handing me cold food. And not once has the patty been placed wholly on the bun, always hanging off the side.
