Worst burger I have ever had at MacDonald’s in Wollongong centre. The burger was the Aussie Angus burger. It was sloppy a tiny bit off beetroot hardly any lettuce. The burger was a mess the guts of the burger was outside the bun. I threw it away they killed it with the sauce and Mayo the guts was sliding out of the bun. Did not look like the picture advertised. Get your act together I will not buy this burger again.There is nothing Aussie about this burger

I made an order through Deliveroo and I don’t care how busy you are with orders, or how late the driver is. To have food sitting out for over an hour – bag not even folded shut, and to still send it out stone cold. Disgusting! And we all thought Figtree was hopeless!

The website says 0730 openings, but it doesn’t open until 0800. One of the workers said it had changed, recently. With a web-based system surely those changes could have been amended, almost, immediately?

This McDonald’s is in Wollongong central and as you’d expect it wasn’t too busy. Missed the lunch rush…. Anyways this was a hamburger meal deal.. pretty good value of course but being McDonald’s there’s plenty of choice..

Almost always quick (not their fault, they get super busy) and easy. Staff are always friendly and polite. Shame the food court itself is so narrow and long that finding seating can be a pain in peak times.
