The girl at the front house is so disrespectful towards the customers, like EXTREMELY RUDE & Pathetic customer service EVER! We placed 2 orders and paid for it and we’ve been waiting atleaat 20 mins for them, then she messes up the first order, gives us the wrong item and at first doesn’t acknowledge the fact that she is wrong and finally we had to show the bill but still No apology?! And then after a LONG wait, no sign of second order, when we approach her, she said there’s no second order and since i forgot to get the receipt I had to pull out the Bank transactions to prove it to her and then she asks us to wait for another 20 mins. Overall the experience is 0/10 and i would honestly give everything a solid 0/100. This would be the worst ever dominos in the world! Disappointment is an understatement.

Don’t do it!! The delivery took twice as long as they said it would, the pizzas were cold and all the sides were black. It was a very negative experience. The boss Ritesh hung up one and said he didn’t care. I’ve also heard from others that this store is terrible. I should have listened. Stay well away!!

BAD service …. i was told my pizza would come in an hour instead of 15/20mins. I spoke with too many people who didn’t actually want to listen to me. The manager gave me some rubbish story and didn’t compensate me with a item. HE in fact hung up on me rather than listening to what I had to say and my concerns. JUST FOLLOWING PROTOCOL, LED to the BAD service here!!! I’m very annoyed and angry with all the members and drivers involved here! It was not coordinated. SOO much for a good treat out!!!

Pizzas are always undercooked. I order thin and crispy base and it may as well be called floppy and chewy base. Incompetent staff who never know what the hell is going on. No GPS tracking on any online orders and they are always late! Don’t order any ice cream or it will be melted and don’t order any food as it will be cold and undercooked!

Was waiting 45 minutes for my pizzas even after the app said ready asked 5 times to be told it will be ready in a couple of minutes 40 minutes later the pizzas and sides amazingly come out of the oven, just admit you lost the order won’t be back
