Granted I visited at midnight after a long shift, but I didn’t expect quite what I walked into. The wait for food was longer than usual, but not outrageous. Our bag of food was set on the counter and another number called with no answer. The bag was open, not rolled down. 6 minutes later our number was called and given the same bag. We sat inside to a cold, tasteless meal that I couldn’t eat. My meal went in the bin. Then to spend the entire experience with another group of customers, one of which continued to yell profanities at his friends. There were about 20 other customers waiting for their food also. The manager on duty made no move to ask the customer to lower his voice or go outside, etc. Overall I would avoid this particular restaurant in future.

Extremely slow service. Literally watching my coffee go cold while a bunch of staff run around and can’t figure out how to put medium fries in a bag to complete my order. 15 minutes of waiting. Oh and the staff get served before the customers.

Tried to go to both Rutherford and Greenhills McDonald’s and both their systems were updating and couldn’t take orders. Would be fine if there were signs or staff answered the phone for the 10 straight minutes I was calling whilst wasting fuel and time driving over and even had people in on front counter at 2am but apparently couldn’t take orders and refused to answer the phone or tell anyone when systems would go online again. Don’t bother even trying to talk to staff they’re useless

I just ordered $100 worth of food and it was delivered stone cold, the ice creams had melted and there were a number of paid for items missing. Called 23 times in a row to try and speak to the manager and nobody answered the phone. An absolute joke.

#bringbackthepickles SPREAD IT AROUND.Even my microwave could do better I asked for pickles twice and there was no pickles then finally pickles, then the toilets!!!!, They are terrible like no one cleans or aims for the toilet. this maccas was so bad I’d rather eat my shorts would not recommend.

They all looked like they wanted to kill themselves and the only reason I gave two stars was because I thought the fact they looked like this was pretty hilarious. I also asked some guy for big Mac sauce and I’ve never seen a man so confused with his life. It was as though I watched him go through the five stages of grief all while having a mid life crisis about why he was working at a fast food joint. Man, I just asked for big mac sauce

Ordered through MenuLog, they were good. The food wasn’t though, forgot my sons happy meal, sent the drink though. Chips are stale, tried called 28 times with no answer, called the other store to see if I could get information, the lady said wrong shop and hung up on me. Not even the kids are excited any more, that’s saying something. And the wife said “no straws”
