Domino’s Emerald is good as far as Domino’s franchises go. I order pizza there every Friday evening. They sometimes mess up the order, but more often than not the stuff ups actually work in my favour. They don’t seem to rotate the drinks in the fridge so the warm ones are always at the front. I recommend grabbing a drink from the back of the fridge or at least a couple rows back. The estimated time for your order is often wrong but that’s not too big of a deal as it’s only a few minutes here or there. Overall nice pizza though, I wouldn’t come back every Friday if that wasn’t the case. Had an unlikely experience last week where I was one of two Codys ordering a pizza at the same time. That was kinda funny.

We are currently visiting from Brisbane and ordered pizza from Emerald dominos, we were in there from the time we placed our order to the time we finished our pizza, the staff member named ‘Jon’ was extremely disrespectful and rude to the staff, in particular a girl named Courtney (or maybe Corey) he would yell from across the store at Courtney “Courtney get the front counter, it’s your job so do it”. I have never in my 9 years of hospitality and retail management experience have seen such disgusting treatment of staff. The girl was very quiet so she might have been new or extremely scared of Jon, I don’t know but Courtney you did an amazing job tonight, thank you and hopefully you don’t have to take orders from Jon for much longer.

Ordered at 8:25 PM via phone have to repeat myself 4 times with my card number spelled my address and waited for 45 mins received a call saying they were at Caprice Ct which is not my address at all so I decided to send the delivery man back with my ordered pizza. No idea if I will be refunded

Normally have no problem with Domino’s, but when they put pasta on the menu, (about time) you go ahead and order it. But no they deliver a chicken and Camembert pizza instead. I refused the whole order and ring up to find out why I didn’t receive my pasta. She told me that Domino’s don’t do pasta, and that I would of ordered it through Pizza Hut, if I ordered through Pizza Hut, then why did Domino’s deliver. If you don’t do pasta then don’t have it on the menu.
