Over priced for starters. Everytime I purchase a coffee extra hot, it comes warm. Ordered banana bread and didn’t come toasted as asked then later tell me abruptly that the toaster doesn’t work, then treat me like a nuisance for wanting a refund (perhaps you should warn customers before purchase that you can’t fulfil their order correctly). Ticket machines constantly throw up an error after having gone through the whole process of ordering.
