Ordered through menulog. Only 3 items but paid more than $50. Received no food. Drove to the restaurant, only 4km down the road. Ordered delivery because my partner was ill .The restaurant employees informed me that they had the order on their system and didn’t make it. With no explanation as to why. I asked why it was so hard to prapare 3 items in over an hour. And make a 4km delivery. Was told they were now closed and not preparing food and I would have to deal with menulog. Absolute spastics.

Never had any fuss from this Domino’s; always consistent and I get what I expect. On the rare occasion that they have been marginally late, I’ve usually had the pleasure to discover a free pizza voucher in my mailbox soon after. Good service.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered pizza from Wallsend Domino’s they have been absolutely rubbish I have no idea how meatlovers and beef and onion pizzas can be continuously terrible but I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt on 3 separate occasions and they have not redeemed themselves yet and I’m not going to go back to make it a 4th time.
