I love maccas but maccas mingara is extremely frustrating. They continue to make mistakes when ordering a customer item. Either it doesn’t go in the bag or it’s not customised but has the label it is. This week I’ve visited twice and both times there were errors. For breakfast I received only my condiments and no hot cakes and for dinner my customised cheeseburger was missing and instead of having bacon on my Ceasar crispy chicken wrap, I got tomato. Be aware.. do not visit when they are busy and have either a large order or customised items, they will make mistakes.

DO NOT GO HERE. Waited 45 minutes just to get food from staff who were standing around doing nothing. kids happy meal had spicy nuggets instead of normal ones. coke was 3/4 full with no ice and half the chips were half full and cold. Absolutely disgusting

Coffees are cold, you go through drive thru and they get your order wrong, or they say they don’t do the sundaes that night so you are stuck in the drive thru. They don’t fill drinks up and the chips are usually cold and not full. Drive thru is super slow, however Staff are friendly.

After we were moved forward to wait. 15 cars were served before they came and asked what we were waiting for. This is not how you run a business. The cappuccino had no sugar and the long black didn’t have the extra shot we paid for. This is not the first time this has happened. Not happy.

Orded 2 hash browns, Waited 10 minites and they hadent called my order but yet they hade done already done other peoples meal. Walked up to the counter waited an extra 10 minutes befor any staff came up and asked what did i want. i showed them i had orded 20 minutes ago and hadent got my food. the saff member was fairly rude to me. she then picked up the hash brown from the deep fryer they where mine but hade been our for 20 minutes already and they wernt hot. this is the 5th time iv hade simmaler issues. FIX YOUR STAFF you want new staff but wont hier iv applied multiple times, yet you always have a hier sign and never hier.
