Had a chicken and mushroom pide. Came with lemon and was $19.00. It was a good size, but very bland in taste and hardly any chicken. Onion was the main ingredient here. No seating inside, $5.00 for a pump bottle of water. So for $25.00 not great value, but it was edible. Would I return, no. Would I recommend, yeah if you are hungry and just want a bite, it’s ok.

Suzan just made me a kebab that rocked my world. I’ve just finished travelling Southern Europe, Central and North America, and I just ate the most enjoyable kebab I can remember! I’ve eaten a lot of good food over the last 12 months, and as a kebab fan I’ve eaten a lot of them too. The only place I can remember eating a kebab this good is in Berlin. I never thought Kempsey would represent so hard. Well done girls!!

Service was great and the food was pretty good too. Meat was nice and hot even after the 10 minute drive home. They’re doing great as they are only just starting up with new management. Can’t go wrong when the owner is that lovely, doob material.

I came to this place about 6 months ago and it was quiet nice and reasonably priced. I recently went to get a plain chicken kebab and it was $16 (which is meat, tomato, onion, lettuce and sauce) every thing else is extra. It can easily reach $20 real quick. Which is the dearest kebab I have ever eaten in 40 years. Just to let you know. Your kebab shop and prices has been featured in the local Kempsey community crime page as being criminally expensive. What’s worse is I was watching the today show on channel 9 this morning, and Effie Zahos who is the money expert was having a talk about weekend spending. Your kebab shop was mentioned as let’s just say the most overpriced kebab in Australia. I personally don’t think your kebabs are that bad. But it is a well known fact around town that your prices insanely expensive. The business is doomed if you don’t start lowering the prices. Which will be sad as being the only kebab shop in a small country town is a licence to print money. When I walked in last it was 12.30pm 4 people sitting in a circle playing on there phones. It was a ghost town in there. Not a good sign. Your google reviews are also going down. Stop being greedy. Use your brains. $10 for a kebab and then extras is normal. Please take this advice.

They do not grill the kebab. The meat is cold. This happens a lot.

We ordered a falafel roll each. It only came with lettuce, tomato and onion. Tabbouleh and anything else were extras at $1 each… strange because tabbouleh is a basic. This bought the total price to $14.50 each…top end for a falafel roll. Nor were the rolls toasted and the falafel balls were not warm.

The meat was cold. Not grilled. Second worst kebab I’ve had in 40 years.

Every time I go here they charge me a different price for the exact same thing. They don’t toast the kebabs, you pay for extras and they don’t put them on and if looks could kill when you ask them to fix something. Definitely not worth it and they won’t last in a small town. So overpriced as well.

Bad service, overpriced, pricing on packets don’t match price paid. Kebab not folded well, not toasted, goes everywhere when you try to eat it and when asked for it to be toasted it was like I had asked her to eat dirt. After it was toasted the foil was embedded in the wrap. Meat tasteless no cheese that I had paid for and little sauce…never again!
