We’ve visited the Deck Cafe Airlie @thedeckairlie a few times now, because we love the coffee, for they use @st_ali beans. We also had a great breakfast; their sambal scramble. It was a huge plate of food; mixed with chorizo and nicely seasoned with the sambal. Served on sourdough toast. It’s found right by the esplanade on Airlie Beach. It’s pricy but no different to most places here

Great place for breakfast, nice breeze off the water. Extremely friendly staff. Food was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Never had eggs this good, at any restaurant I’ve been to in years. I had the Chilli Sambal eggs, and they were perfectly cooked to our request, and the flavour and spices were spot on. 100% my place for breakfast in Airlie Beach. If I had to give it a negative, the wait time was a little longer than expected, but definitely worth it for the food we had.

We went to have lunch and definitely I would not come back. The food was really bad and also expensive. We order two margherita pizzas and sweet potatoes. The pizzas tasted as if you were eating plain bread, the cheese definitely were not cheese. Believe me, worst pizza ever! The sweet potatoes very average.

We love this place so much we came back for breakfast twice in a row! Amazing coffee! Amazing food and great service! What more could you ask for!!! The first day my hubby has the special which was mushrooms and goats cheese and long black, I had a latte and Benny burger. Both meals and coffee were fantastic. Great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. I’d recommend getting in early or booking a table as the second day we went we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table which was fine as we just went for a walk along the beach and they called us when our table was ready. No complaints at all and will definitely be returning!

Beautiful views and atmosphere. Food delicious but a little overpriced. Thai fish cakes were very tasty. Husband had the sofa noodles which also looked amazing. Good service and on the slower side but we were not fussed. Good not to be rushed. Pet friendly which surprised us as we were seated indoors. We sat by an open deck area. I would return.
