I had an amazing naked burrito here. The flavours were amazing and surprisingly was very hot. The ingredients were very fresh and I loved how well everything was cooked. The chicken especially was really tender and juicy. The customer service was ok but nothing special. I did really enjoy the hand washing basin.

Today went to the mad mex for a lunch as one of my friend recommended to go there and try the nachos.. because I use to love gyg nachos and guess what?!!!! This was much more delicious and so yummy.. both are good but I felt that med max has a special taste that gives me the umph feeling!! It’s delicious and yummy guys! The salsa and tomatillo were so good.. I asked for spicy chicken nachos and it was exactly how I wanted.. amazing.. feel so good for get a chance to try different Mexican style food.. the prices are not so bad chikos!! It’s still ok for the food.. I’m so happy and definitely coming back!! The atmosphere was good as well.. if you like spicy or non spicy or vegan chicken go here!! It’s definitely so satisfying food the weekend meal with loved one!

I have always loved mad mex. It is easily the best fast Mexican food around. It’s fresh and healthy as well (depending upon your meal choices, of course). It can also be difficult to find restaurants that cater well the vegan preferences and we were super disappointed when mad mex took the vegan chicken off of their menu. However, having learned more about different meat substitute brands since then and now barely eating any of them, we recently tried the mexicali mince. Awesome! Congratulations and thank you for making your own vegan meat option. So good. We can trust what is in it and it’s delicious. Please consider making your own vegan chicken option now haha ❤️❤️ easily a 5 star rating! Appreciate you being on the market. Stay awesome!

Food is usually decent and staff are nice but I’ve been let down multiple times by getting shell or pips in the guac…not sure if it’s a lack of care or the way it’s made but I think it’s definitely something management should have a look at

We had 2 vegan burritos. They were very tasty. On top of it, the customer service was above our expectations. 2 friendly staff from Colombia and Chile helped us answering all our questions and explaining the menu items. Well done Mad Mex. Keep it up!
