Took 5 minutes to be seated although restaurant was next to empty and we had a booking. The waitress came over after 20 minutes of being seated to take drink and food order for two. Drinks arrived promptly but after waiting 40 minutes for food learnt that our order was not in the system which was puzzling as it had been written down in an order docket. Once this was re-ordered our food arrived in a further 25 minutes although one of the mains was wrong even though we had confirmed with the waitress before the order was placed. We were given a 25% discount and multiple apologies however this is just an example of how appalling Australian hospitality services are. Must say though, food tasted great and fresh

We had dinner here last night with 2 kids. Food took forever to come out. Ordered the taquitos and on the menu it says there’s 4, only 2 came out and the server says they normally cut it in half to make 4. Enchiladas were really small, but good. Overpriced for what you get and the servers were rude.

Terrible, confusing and what on Earth? Save your money, nothing even fake Mexican about this. Expensive, tasteless. I’ve never been so confused by a meal. Had the Aztec delight, it was this wierd salad concoction of broccoli, cauliflower, pienapple, apple, raddish, zucchini and whatever else they had in their kitchen with a soggy tortilla and some bits of chicken. Not even a hint of coriander. The $30 enchilada was the size of a kids meals, drowned in sauce which was… Tasteless.

Wow! Authentic Mexican served by friendly staff with local beer on tap and the best margarita I’ve had in a long while. Family friendly and the serves were very generous – we shared an entree and a main and there is sadly no room for dessert – although the Churro Sundae looks amazing.

The service was excellent could not complain the slightest the wait staff were polite and attentive. Our meal was perfect and well presented full of flavours that gave you a pleasant surprise how delicious the food actually is. Would recommend Aztec Delight its a must!

As it was quite busy Thursday night it was hard to decide where to eat, but I saw that The Aztec looks like a lovely place and I stayed here. Absolutely amazing food, great service from Lithuanian waitress and awesome music.

We visited Aztecs on a Saturday night and were left somewhat disappointed by the experience. The restaurant was very, very busy and so that may have had something to do with the overall underwhelming experience. The person who served us seemed a little snappy and terse, but that may have been caused by the busy restaurant. Our meal took over 50 minutes to get to us, which came as a surprise, as we were never informed that there would be such a long wait. We ordered jalapeno poppers for our starters and it took 35 minutes for them to let us know that they had run out of them for the night. Once we got the food it was OK. It wasn’t the best Mexican food that I had ever had, but it wasn’t the worst either. The long wait, terse staff and cramped seating, probably took the shine off what should be a very good restaurant. Perhaps on a quieter night, the experience would be better.

We ordered Uber from here and was a total disaster. The order were 4 items but they just cooked 3 so we received one less meal. I even said no olives in ok of them and obviously they didn’t even care.

Always order the Aztec Delight here or Montezumas Delight as it’s known at other franchises. A very healthy dish of chopped salad vegetables with a either the beans for vegetarians or beef for the carnivores! I always order this dish with extra chillies to give it a Mexican hit. Top dish.
