Had the best KFC tonight (20/09/23), the chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside like you used to get in the 90’s and early 2000’s! The chips were seasoned and hot, the dinner rolls fresh and soft, I literally have no complaints. We had to wait 5 minutes in the car park because they were still cooking the zinger fillets, which wasn’t a problem at all. The whole team had great customer service skills, and were so nice regardless of being what looked like short staffed. A massive thumbs up team, you guys were doing a great job! 🙂

Went there about a month ago to get a couple of meals, waited for about 5 minutes, first person hadn’t even been served out of a line of 4 so walked out, parents went there this morning, waited at the drive through for 5 minutes and no one took their order… terribly slow service, just avoid the place if your in a hurry.

The store was very dirty in the dining & kitchen areas. The chips in my meal were heavenly salted. The fridge housing the soft drinks was disgustingly dirty with smear marks all over the door. The store looked very grubby. I will not support that business again.

Chips were generous…nice and hot, Zinger Crunch Twister, ( which I’ve had before and was amazing ) was only ok, tasty, not much chicken or crunch..(ccs) …but was stuffed full of coleslaw…perhaps used as a filler, not as much chicken as before.

We stopped here for lunch on our way back home after a family gathering. We got through the drive through fairly quickly and the staff were all friendly. I ordered the Ultimate burger box. The food was all as expected but the chips that were part of the box was the smallest serve of KFC I’ve ever had. I know it’s a small serve in a boxed meal, but the little white packet was only a third full. There were 10 chips. I normally do the survey but I just feel this is KFCs way of hiding their bad reviews away from the public, and nothing seems to change.
