Except for a couple of fires closing the store, KFC Lilydale has consistently provided me with good service and food for around 5 years now. The store is always clean and the food comes out fast. Minus one star for all KFCs for taking away proper Sunkist and replacing it with that sugar-free garbage.

I always order the cheap as chips online and love it every time. Unfortunately it has been messed up a few times where I got bone chicken instead of tenders, where I have to pay extra for, but this was solved. On that note, huge shoutout to manager Jackson for being so helpful when these incidents happened, and insisted on me having a free drink even though I was completely ok! (I did end up taking up his offer second time round ;), Overall being very nice and thoughtful and understanding. Thank you for your service, from a fellow fast food worker. :3

This kfc was horrendous! I asked for a zinger box and she asked if I wanted a whopper which was not in their menu. When I said I wanted a zinger box she laughed at me and threatened to call the police because she thought I was prank calling. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Steer clear of this kfc.
