Did not come here to eat but for my boyfriend to use their toilet. He rated the toilet experience 10/10. He said that KFC’s toilet was much cleaner than the McDonald’s one next door (we initially went to the McDonald’s toilet but it was so dirty and unusable).

Horrible KFC I’ve ever been to, definitely not coming here again! Place was messy, a nugget on the floor, bad language in the kitchen and a Zinger burger without a Zinger fillet. Seriously and it was the new Fiery Zinger what was so Fiery about that, absolutely nothing! The Hot & Crispy chicken looked like it was kept for hours, not fresh obviously.

As soon as you get to the counter, your standing in some liquid, i asked for a zinger meal without a drink, she asked several times if i wanted to replace the drink with chips, i said no several times, when i received the order it was not a zinger meal but a combo, no chicken strips, with a drink, i said to the lady that brought my food to the counter that i didn’t pay for a drink, the lady that served me came over and said you can’t remove the drink from a zinger combo, would it kill her instead of saying yes to my order that in all fairness i wasn’t aware i was ordering, to say you can’t do this or that. terrible service.

All these workers need to be fired and have people who know how to cook and do customer service properly their manger is just as bad!! You need to fix yourself your food is gross your hygiene of that place where food is made is disgusting health and safety really needs to be contacted and this place needs to be checked out they eat from the food that is given to customers the young staff are not trained at all so unprofessional

KFC at Hallam is always the worst one I ever try in Victoria. Even after the renovation, the quality is still the same and worse! The chickens is always soggy and wet, flooded with oil in the box, chicken skin is always detached or missing from the chicken. Please improve the quality of your foods.
