The KFC at Ayr!! It looks disgusting from the outside. So not inviting. The windows look like they have never been cleaned. The out door eating area is filthy. The tables and stools all need a good disinfectant. The floor needs a good gurney. And the pathway out the front needs blowing. It’s a total turn off. I lov KFC. But not this one. U should take a look at your neighbour “RR” they are clean and inviting.

Ordered 3 items paid $37 only received 2 items had to drive 30 mins back to get missing item. There was a small sorry provided . No compensation for the inconvenience. Items we did receive were substanded. Poor won’t go back anytime soon

Foods ok but the service is terrible. Getting someone to serve you is like pulling hens teeth. People were walking out after standing at the counter on Monday 17th July waiting to be served only to be ignored by a young man that was just dragging his feet around ignoring the counter and if he did come to the counter he just grunts. Definitely bringing the KFC name into disrepute.

Went through the drive thru to be rushed to have my order taken and then told to move to the next window when I hadn’t even finish ordering and when at the next counter told the young girl working that I hadn’t finished to then be given the worst attitude possible when having to correct it. Very unwelcoming and terrible service. The food was average.

I always buy wicked wings everytime I go to kfc. Today, I went to buy wicked wings and I am very disappointed. It is very spicy but it’s okay but the taste doesn’t taste like original kfc anymore. No taste at all, just spicy. The gravy, it’s BLAND and watery. The coating for fried chicken are lacking flavour.

Well we weren’t able to go in and dine as restaurant part was shut, we went through the drive-thru and ordered,it took a while to get our food which is ok if fresh but then the chips came out soggy and cold anyway, was actually some of the worst chips I’ve ever tasted we didn’t eat them and threw them in the bin

I admit that the Zinger burger with bacon and cheese was delicious. However, the store was absolutely filthy disgustingly dirty. It looks like it literally had not been cleaned for weeks. Warning – Do not use the bathroom!!!
