Bit of a chaos kfc outlet. Wanted to pay cash but had no choice but to use card cause it was longer to wait to be served as staff were way too busy. Food was even a longer wait as well to be ready. The cleanliness was dismal of the tables and chairs. Lazy people leaving rubbish on their tables. Tables were dirty. Then had a bunch of young teens in the centre booths being very disruptive, throwing bottles around, no respect for other customers. The staff couldn’t even be bothered to kick them out for being loud and rude. This was probably one of the worst KFC’s we have ever eaten in. Overall, the food was cooked ok. Chicken very oily, chips too salty. And didn’t get any napkins or fresh wipes with our order. And good luck asking for them cause the staff were rude, not happy and seemed to really hate their job.

horrible team members that abuse and threaten to knock you out when you ask to get your meal chmaged to the right thing!!! last 3 times i’ve been they have given me the wrong order and each time (bonnie) red head with abuse and threaten you if you try to correct your order that you paid for. great manager helping us out to solve the issue. steer clear of bonnie if they mess up your order ask for manager instead

I don’t understand all the rude comments on here. Staff giggling and have a good time at their place of employment is good. No one wants to walk into a restaurant and have them unpleasant with frowns because they hate their job. Also children working there get more adults? People should know that kfc stores all over Victoria are run by under 25s and the staff are usually 15-20. it’s silly to sook about fast food. Everytime I go there I have good experiences and if they ever forget something they are so quick to fix it and then even give me extra for the inconvenience. I don’t understand how all these comments are so negative. How about review the good things?

food was not up to standard considering kfc advertise regularly on media cold potato and gravy balls chips overssalted just warm and staff were chatting giggling and mucking around behind counter so will not be going to any kfc ever again

Placed order for delivery via app. Food was cold and order was missing chips and sauces, but after calling store they refused to assist unless I came into the store. Kinda defeats the purpose of PAYING FOR DELIVERY!

Extremely vulgar music playing, absolutely disgusting. A song was playing tonight with the N word and lots of absolute filth I’m sure this wouldn’t play on a public radio so a staff member has obviously used their own music. Don’t take your kids here, it’s not a family environment.
