Went to this pathetic kfc at 8:40pm in a taxi on a Wednesday night and could not buy 21 pieces of chicken. Was told they only had enough for online orders and stopped cooking. It don’t shut till 10pm. It only takes 16min to cook some chicken. Had to go to the central KFC. Won’t be effing going there again. Effing disgrace. Wish I could give -5

I do not recommend this kfc. After a netball tournament, we bet the traffic to beat the rush. We ordered on the express machine and sat down. we started to notice that our small order was not being prepared although the people coming in were getting their food prior to us. we sat at the kfc for 25 minutes until i went up and said something. i asked the girl kindly if my order was coming and she said it is coming. i then sat back down watching more people’s food was being prepared. she then started to just stand there doing nothing. After calling my name i went up and saw what was in the bag. it was not my order. she said oh this isn’t your order and gave it to another person who had been waiting maybe 5 minutes. after 10 more minutes of waiting (35 minutes of waiting) i went up again and she said it’s being made now will be 5 minutes. is this a joke? she calls my name i get it and she ignores me. I get into the car (45 minutes of waiting) and she had given me the wrong sauces. This was probably the worst experience i have had with fast food and i will not be ever going back and do not recommend this store at all. They had the football going and were all talking instead of doing their job, a girl at the front on her phone! I can’t believe what i saw.

Staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and spent 20mins in the drive thru. Food wasn’t great compared to the KFC we generally go to.

I cannot believe the attention of this store food everywhere on the floor like I mean piled under tables at the entrance all behind the counter and the filthy state of the tables the flies and don’t get me started on the toilets my husband went into hr male toilets to find urine on the floor blocked toilets and sticky tiles the female toilets I walked in and walked straight back out and went across to hungry jacks this is absolutely putrid for a kfc store the young worker swept the floors for 50seconds then disappeared I went to their store on the 16th April 2023 how does a reputable franchise think this is OK.
